Ironman Gravity 1000 Inversion Table

Very happy with my Ironman inversion table, assembly instructions where easy to understand. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to assemble. It was a great value for the money, very well built, and I did receive within a week, less than the specified time. The only problem were with the clamps for your feet. They were a little uncomfortable. So I bought a pair of gravity boots, and they work very well with the Ironman inversion table.Everything we hoped for
I carefully read many reviews on this and other products, and I am very pleased with the choice we made. As other reviewers said, this table just feels well-built - not cheap or flimsy. My husband and I use it daily and enjoy it.following doctor's orders
My pulmonary doctor recommended spending 10 -20 minutes twice a day inverted at a 40 degree angle to aid in draining my lungs. Since we don't have an extra bed to put bricks under the foot of as he suggested, I went online searching for an inversion table. This was the least expensive I could find, but it included a belt to limit the rotation to the prescribed angle. I wear heavy "running" socks that seem to work fine in the ankle/foot pads.My adult son likes to release the strap, adjust for his height and hang nearly upside down to release tension in his back.Great item for the price
Very sturdy table. Easy to assemble. It has really helped with my back problems. I took two stars away from my rating because: 1) it does not fold up very easily and takes up a lot of space and 2) the ankle locks are not very comfortable. I found that if I wear sneakers that have a heavily padded tongue and upper that it is not as bad. If I had to purchase again, I would spend more and find a model that has more comfortable ankle locks.Works as advertised
As a senior golfer and tennis nut I have been having frequent back issues in the last few years. At first a trip to the chiro. usually did the trick then the problem became more persistent. I borrowed a Hang Up by Teeter from a friend and it helped a lot. Not a magic cure but certainly kept the problem manageable. So, I searched for something less expensive (can you say less advertised?) and found the Ironman. Not too hard to assemble and works just as well for half the price. Only give it 4 stars as it lacks just a little refinement.Keyword : Irons
